DVG is optimalizating well plugging and abandonment (P&A) with Enviseal, an advanced epoxy solution tailored for oil, gas, and carbon capture, storage (CCS) , LCM and wells. Geological shifts and exposure to the well enviorment, leading to leakage and costly maintenance. Our new product is engineered to overcome these challenges. Its superior elasticity and sealing capabilities make it highly resistant to environmental impacts, ensuring the industry objective durability beyond 100 years.
DVG works in close collaboration with industry leaders and partners to advance today's technologies and meet the growing demands of various sectors. By developing innovative solutions and forging partnerships with high-tech companies, we deliver sustainable advancements that benefit both the environment and industry. Our goal is not to compete with oil and gas companies, but to provide products and technologies that enhance operational efficiency, reduce environmental footprints, and ensure long-term reliability for critical operations. We focus on creating solutions that complement the industry's existing systems, driving progress and sustainability across the board. At DVG, we believe in harnessing innovation for a cleaner, more sustainable future.
Enviseal is an advanced, dynamic material designed for both temporary and permanent sealing of oil and gas wells (P&A), as well as offering sustainable material technology to the marine industry. With its flexible viscosity, Enviseal positions DVG as a leader in both the offshore, marine and aqua culture industry, providing a sustainable, environmentally friendly and cost-efficient solution to the customer.
Marked share of the P & A marked by 2030
Material reduction compared to traditional materials
The new material represents a significant improvement for plugging oil, gas and CO2 wells. It requires less volume compared to current solutions, making the process more efficient. The material is highly resistant to the challenging environments in wells, including exposure to H2S, a highly aggressive gas commonly found in oil and gas production. Its greatest advantage is its flexibility, allowing it to withstand faults in the well formation. This reduces the risk of cracks and subsequent leaks, ensuring a more reliable and durable seal.
